Earth Day

 It’s Earth Day !

In 1970 Gaylord Nelson and a group of students dedicated 24 hours to helping sustain the environment and bring awareness to the rest of the world not long after a massive oil spill in Santa Barbara, California. At the time 20 million people participated in the spread of Environmentalism and now 45 years later more than 1 million people participate world wide.

In case you don’t have time to get out there and be hands on,  there are still ways you can contribute.  Like signing online petitions to evoke change in your neighborhood, your state, your country and ultimately our universe!
